In my previous role as Care Manager, I had very close contact with both the Floating Support Service and the Community Flats provided by Threshold. The service is invaluable to a very marginalised group, I have found the staff to be professional, caring and supportive, always advocating for the person and giving them someone to turn to when they have no-one to turn to. In today’s society, when families and communities are more fractured than ever, the service that Threshold provides gives consistency and emotional sustenance that help people over the dark days of poor mental health and instill some hope for a better future. I really do appreciate all the work that you do.
